This policy covers eadpag.com and the client tools linked from it (contact form, engagement letter e-signature tool, project console, and data review portal). 2. Information We Collect

• Contact form: name, email address, and any message content you submit.
• Engagement letter tool: the signing party's name, designation, email address, and a drawn signature image.
• Project console & data review portal: client and project names, and any data samples a client is invited to review — these are accessed via a private link and are not indexed or public.
• Cookies and usage data: as described in Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, including generating an initial acknowledgment reply.
• To generate and deliver signed engagement letters and client project updates.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To operate efficiently, EADPAG uses the following third-party processors. Submitting a form on this site means relevant data is shared with the processors below solely to deliver the function you used:

• Anthropic (Claude API): contact form submissions are processed by Anthropic's AI models to draft an initial, human-reviewed acknowledgment reply. Message content is sent to Anthropic for this purpose only.
• Resend: used to deliver transactional emails (auto-replies, signed engagement letter copies, project notifications).
• Netlify: hosts this website, processes form submissions, and stores engagement letter, project, and data-review records associated with the private links you're given.
• Google Fonts: loads web fonts; your browser may send your IP address to Google as part of this standard request.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies

This site uses the following cookie categories, matching the choices offered in our cookie banner:

• Necessary: required for core site functionality and cannot be disabled.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
